(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study services to the government authority located in Longview, WA.• Development of a conceptual engineering design (10%) level that in the future will be developed into a full engineering design of the roadway.• Identify engineering geometric, environmental, right–of–way, culverts/fish passages, and utilities constraints.• Improve safety, operations and multimodal access to the roadway.• Provide a cost–effective and constructive design framework.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
