CONS-24502 - USA (St. Clair Shores, Michigan) - Residential Properties Demolition Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential properties demolition services to the government authority located in St. Clair Shores, MI.– Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, permits, temporary protection, restoration and incidental work necessary to leave the property safe, clean, stable, properly graded and ready for future use. – Contractor shall be responsible for the proper removal of any asbestos identified on site.– Demolish and remove the complete single–family dwelling, including all above–grade structural and non–structural components, interior contents remaining after owner removal, mechanical/electrical/plumbing components, roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, porches and other attached improvements, unless specifically designated to remain.– Remove the building foundation and other below–grade structural components.– If any accessory buildings are located on the property, remove all slabs, rat walls, and foundations.– If a driveway exists on the site, remove to the sidewalk. The drive approach may remain.– Remove all demolition debris from the site. No demolition debris, structural rubble, household contents, hazardous materials or waste may be buried on the property.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
