TRANSPORT-12239 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Transit Vehicle Decommissioning Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit vehicle decommissioning services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – Pick up vehicle from a designated facility or locations as requested by the agency. – Remove all exterior decals, including roof number and interior identifying decals.– Remove all window screens/films.– Sand/scuff paint scheme on all sides of the vehicle.– Mask off and prepare entire vehicle for painting.– Repaint each sanded section of the vehicle white with sufficient opacity, as to remove all identification with the agency.– Remove masking and replace any items removed from the vehicle in the preparation process.– Remove overspray as necessary– Perform minor body work that is required for paint adhesion. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 15, 2026.
