The Town of Plainville, Connecticut (population approximately 17,500), is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors/Firms to perform town-wide environmental engineering consulting services, including Industrial Stormwater Permit administration and monitoring, (Building and Grounds Facility, Former Town Landfill and Roadway Facility and Water Pollution Control Facility), MS4 Permit administration and sampling, Landfill Stewardship and RICA Permit administration and monitoring along with other tasks related to environmental engineering assignments.
