(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental compliance and engineering support services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. – Provide as–needed basis engineering services to support the environmental compliance and associated engineering work to meet the local, state, and federal regulations for the power plants. – Provide comprehensive environmental compliance and associated engineering services for its power plants.– Environmental planning, permitting audit, compliance, and monitoring support– Preparation of compliance reports related to air, stormwater, industrial wastewater, solid waste, hazardous, non–hazardous waste, and industrial hygiene and safety.– Develop compliance plans and strategies.(2) the contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
