(1) Vendor needs to provide welding and life skills program service to the government authority located in South Carolina. – The program must include both technical welding instruction and essential life–skills training, with the goal of improving participants’ employability and long–term stability.– The awarded offeror shall deliver entry–level welding training that includes, at minimum:• Basic welding theory and equipment operation.• Hands–on training in welding processes.• Safety procedures and aligned practices.• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).• Completion of all requirements for a Welding Beginner Essentials Certificate or equivalent industryrecognized credential.– The awarded offeror shall deliver life skill instruction that includes, at minimum:• Job readiness and employability skills.• Resume development and interview preparation.• Basic financial literacy and budgeting.• Conflict resolution and communication skills.• Time management and goal setting.• Workplace expectations, ethics, and professionalism.– The awarded offeror is responsible for supplying and operating a fully equipped mobile welding lab, which shall include:• Multiple welding stations sufficient to accommodate up to 20 participants per class.• Ventilation and safety systems aligned with industry standards.• All required welding tools and equipment.• Adequate PPE for participants.• Generator or independent power source.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
