(1) Vendor needs to provide cisco hardware floor switch and supporting licenses service to the government authority located in Arlington, VA. • The vendor shall provide shipping and send all requested hardware to ONR.• The vendor shall adhere to the Risk Management Framework (RMF), which provides a standardized approach for DoD agencies to effectively manage cybersecurity risks and support informed, risk–based decision–making.• The vendor shall install, configure and migrate to the new CISCO C9300L solution. Support shall include all software version upgrades and engineering services necessary to migrate and cut over from the current CISCO 3850 solution to the CISCO C9300L switch solution without interruption to current operations.• The vendor shall assist ONR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with knowledge transfer related to the configuration and management of the CISCO C9300L solution, including training, equipment documentation, user manuals, and training aids necessary to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the solution.• The vendor shall provide CISCO C9300L Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support, as needed, for troubleshooting, hardware configuration, and software configuration activities.• The vendor shall provide technical support through completion of all license terms.• The vendor shall provide hardware, software and firmware maintenance through all license terms.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
