(1) Vendor needs to provide independent voter data validation and automation protocol design service to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. • Delivering a repeatable, transparent, and defensible data validation process that strengthens public confidence in the accuracy of voter data while providing staff with tools to efficiently validate future updates.• Design protocols for automating future audit reviews.• Reduce manual review processes.• Identify discrepancies between voter records and authoritative GIS data.• Provide documentation supporting election integrity, transparency, and accountability.• Review GIS export files.• Document assumptions and data mapping.• Geographic relationships contained within the GIS system• Importing GIS export files• Producing exception reports• Solution shall generate executive–level and detailed technical reports• Import GIS export files.• Detect duplicate records.• Support rerunning audits with updated exports.• Allow future enhancements without major redevelopment.• Data Mapping Documentation• Protect voter information through appropriate security controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 14, 2026.
