EXTRA-77003 - USA (Colorado) - Continuous Quality Improvement Support Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide continuous quality improvement support services to the government authority located in Colorado.– This support shall include, but not be limited to, providing guidance, technical assistance, evaluation, and training as they develop, implement, and evaluate their goals.– Provide targeted support, resources, and training based on project goals and District needs.– Perform Root Cause Analysis.– Complete Complexity Mapping.– Provide Conflict Resolution assistance as needed.– Develop a Theory of Change specific to District needs.– Develop project specific actions plans.– Develop an evaluation plan.– Provide skill building resources and training.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.
