(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ– Provide full architectural and program services, as well as construction administration and inspection for a new office facility– Programming and design work will include but is not limited to the following:• Geotechnical/Soils Reporting• Grading and Drainage• Site Planning• Building Programing and Design• Site Landscaping & Lighting• Parking lot design• IT Systems• Safety and Security Systems• Security Walls and Fencing(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
