The T3W Project will renovate the western half of Terminal 3 to the same level of passenger experience that was achieved in the other airport terminal projects. The Courtyard 4 Connector Building will be built between Terminal 3 and the International Terminal (ITB) and will include secure passenger corridors and baggage handling systems connecting T3 and ITB. Additionally, the project will consist of space for o&ices, assembly (passenger lounges), airport employee amenity space, Customs & Border Protection (CBP) One-Stop passenger security screening checkpoint, loading dock, rooftop mechanical penthouse, and mechanical system upgrades within the existing pump station.
