(1) Vendor needs to provide parking demand and management strategy development service. • Project management.• Existing and future conditions analysis: evaluate the existing parking demand and provide data on current parking utilization at different times and on different days.• Community outreach and engagement: prepare an engagement summary that summarizes the community engagement strategies, including specific meetings, meeting purposes and expected outcomes, a tentative meeting schedule and promotional strategies.• Parking demand model and opportunity analysis of parking supply: develop scenarios and recommendations for agency.• Final parking implementation strategy recommendations: evaluate and develop a parking demand management strategy that includes brief analysis on future goals and policies affecting agency that shaped recommended strategies that are implementation based.• Parking management plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
