IFB - Sunnyside Park Fence Project (CUPCCAA-2024-2)

The fence is intended for the use and benefit of the property owners within Sunnyside Estates and the public. The fence is to be constructed on County property and paid for by public funds (see Location Map). Therefore, public bidding requirements and prevailing wage requirements must be followed. The project is funded with Park Impact Fees. The fence construction will span 1,400 linear feet (lf) connecting the Sunnyside Estates Development, providing privacy, security and decreasing property damage to the proposed park. The fence will restrict access to vehicles and pedestrians from using it as a passageway. The fence will be constructed 6’ high, board on board style.
