EXTRA-77982 - USA (North Carolina) - State Emergency Response Team Management Exercise Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide state emergency response team management exercise services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Design, develop, and conduct the after–action review and produce the after–action report for the full SERT exercise series, including all quarterly and functional exercises.• Facilitate a series of homeland security exercise and evaluation program (HSEEP)–aligned design and planning meetings with project leads, the planning team, and exercise working group members.• Design, develop, evaluate, and conduct after–action review activities for up to three (3) quarterly exercises and one (1) two–day functional exercise at the state emergency operations.• Include coordination with agency Senior Staff, Functional Leads, Managers, and Working Group members, incorporating Exercise Evaluation Guides (EEGs), previously identified lessons learned, and areas for improvement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
