(1) Vendor needs to provide American sign language training, cultural competency and video production.– Services will include onsite staff training, development of supplemental video learning materials, and production of ASL–accessible video content for use within the exhibit.1. Onsite and in–person staff training:– Key ASL greetings, phrases, and agency–specific vocabulary.– ASL signs for animal names/species identified by the agency.– Foundational awareness of deaf culture and best practices for respectful engagement with Deaf and deaf and hard of hearing guests.2. Video creation for staff reinforcement and ongoing learning:– The vendor shall script, film, edit, and produce short video modules that reinforce the content delivered during the onsite trainings.3. ASL–accessible exhibit video content and picture–in–picture:– The vendor shall provide ASL–accessible video production services for select destination discovery exhibit videos and related educational media.4. Species–specific ASL video content:– The vendor shall develop short ASL video segments featuring the signed names of key species identified by the agency for destination discovery.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
