(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental management system (EMS).– Review, assess, and provide guidance regarding the effectiveness and improvement of EMS component documents.– Review, assess, and provide guidance regarding EMS component activities and actions for increasing effectiveness and conformance to the standard.– Consultation on broad EMS best management practices and creative problem solving.– Consultation on the intersection of EMS and Sustainability.– Author critical EMS documents.– Audit the City’s EMS processes and components.– Create on–line training modules about the City’s EMS for City Employees that may be posted to the City’s Workday Learning platform and shared with independent agencies on other learning management platforms.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
