Strategy Execution and Intelligence Software

The City has a requirement to use Strategy and Intelligence Software and has been using ClearPoint Strategy since 2019, when the initial contract was awarded. Since then, many processes are operated exclusively within the software including the Corporate Quarterly Reporting process and the City’s performance dashboard Statracker. The software, support and maintenance are only available from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). While other strategy execution software exists in the market, based on a scan of like software, ClearPoint Strategy is the only one that is focused and designed for use by the public sector. Other strategy execution software have different focus areas and specializations and impacts of a potential change of the software would affect content published publicly on the City’s website.
