(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental impact statement and report services to the government authority located in Salinas, CA.– Serve as a hub for multiple transportation modes, including bus, rail, and potentially light rail, and is intended to enhance regional connectivity and promote sustainable transportation options.– Two side loaded passenger platforms, a passenger drop–off and loading zone, including a staging area for soldiers training.– Existing environmental conditions survey, including air quality, water quality, noise levels, and potential hazardous materials on–site.– Geologic and soils analysis.– Impact analysis.– Impacts on sensitive species and habitats.– Community health impacts.– Conduct a stakeholder engagement process to gather public input on potential environmental concerns.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
