(1) Vendor needs to provide banking and treasury management services to the government authority located in Tampa, FL. • Account analysis statements for banking services: Provide monthly account analysis statements for each of the agency's bank accounts.• Bank statements: The cut‐off date for statement purposes for all agency accounts shall be the last day of each calendar month.• District checks: Checks for the payroll and accounts payable account are currently purchased directly from a check supply vendor.• Funds availability: The proposing bank shall furnish the agency with its time schedule for the clearing of all deposits.• Cash.• Checks drawn.• Deposit procedures.• Deposit deadline: Provide a deposit deadline schedule for their money center. • Armored car service: Armored car service to transport all deposits from the schools and administrative sites to agency.• Electronic payments through ACH and wire: Execute all electronic transfers immediately after placement. • Account reconciliation.• Positive pay: Provide positive pay services for its payroll, accounts payable, health self–ins and controlled disbursement accounts.• Stop payment services: All stop payment transactions will be made electronically through on‐line treasury services.• Online treasury services: Provide full service online treasury management services.• Imaging services: Provide imaging services to be made available through on‐line download.• Bank administration.• Audit controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
