(1) Vendor needs to provide transitional residential home services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.– Provide transitional housing and supportive services to participating in extended foster care, promoting housing stability, independent living readiness, self–sufficiency, and successful transition to adulthood.– Children and family services division delivers child abuse prevention and intervention services that promote safety, permanency, and well–being for children and families.– Program services include transitional housing, case management, independent living skills development, educational and employment support, crisis intervention, resource coordination, and transition planning.– Program participants may present diverse needs, including housing instability, behavioural health and wellness needs, limited social or family supports, substance use challenges, and the need to strengthen independent living skills while maintaining participation in education, employment, vocational training, or another approved activity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
