(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Albany, OR. – For Executive Recruitment Services and conduct an executive search to identify a new Police Chief.• Develop the recruitment plan and timelines; • Meet with the City Manager and Deputy City Manager to understand need and wants for the Position; • Provide and be responsible for all advertising of the Position; • A company representative will be on site during final candidate interviews.– Commence recruitment services for the Position of Police Chief immediately upon Contract execution.– Meet with the City Manager and Deputy City Manager to develop the candidate profile and selection criteria to be used in recruitment for the Police Chief position.– Develop an advertising and outreach strategy and materials for recruitment of the Position.– Conduct national and individualized outreach to a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates in a manner that honors confidentiality at all times.– Contact candidates nominated by City stakeholders.– Post position in a variety of outlets designed to gather a diverse pool of qualified candidates.– Accept and screen applications.– Develop and recommend a small pool (no more than four) of diverse and highly qualified candidates for interview.– Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.– Guide final candidates through the interview process.– Manage correspondence with unsuccessful prospects and candidates– Recommend other tasks to facilitate efficient and comprehensive search.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
