(1) Vendor needs to provide managed security service to the government authority located in Concord, NH.• 24/7 monitoring and incident response: Provide continuous monitoring of the network with rapid detection, notification, and remediation of security incidents.• Documentation and reporting: Maintain traceable security controls and provide regular performance metrics, risk assessments, and audit–ready documentation.• The selected provider will ensure 24/7 network oversight, maintain compliance with federal and state cybersecurity standards, and assist in the secure configuration and maintenance of office–based and field–deployed network equipment.• Facilitate secure integration of existing and future ITS devices and services into the statewide transportation network in alignment with the statewide ITS architecture.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
