(1) Vendor needs to provide mural design, fabrication and installation service. – Design and install an original mural at the agency.– The artwork should reflect themes appropriate for a public park environment. – The theme of the mural is ‘Fulshear–centric’.– Artists will be responsible for the design, preparation, and installation of the mural, including providing all materials and supplies necessary to complete the project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
