Vendor needs to provide facility–based crisis clinical advisor service to the government authority located in Morganton, NC. – The advisor will provide practical guidance based on direct experience establishing and operating Facility–Based Crisis Centers to help ensure the completed facility supports safe, efficient, and effective behavioral health crisis services. – To developing an integrated behavioral health crisis continuum that improves access to timely, community–based crisis services while reducing unnecessary emergency department utilization, supporting law enforcement diversion, strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers, and improving outcomes for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.– The Facility–Based Crisis Center represents a critical component of this long–term vision, and the County is seeking an experienced advisor to help ensure the facility is designed to support high–quality, sustainable operations for years to come.• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. • Support efficient and patient–centered clinical workflows. • Incorporate trauma–informed and recovery–oriented design principles. • Meet applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. • Integrate effectively with local hospitals, EMS, law enforcement, behavioral health providers, and community partners. • Be designed to support long–term operational success by the future operating provider.
