(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA. – Provide all labor, tools, materials, janitorial cleaning supplies, consumables, restroom and kitchen paper supplies, and equipment necessary to provide a clean and sanitary work environment.– Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, and all chrome fixtures in restrooms.– Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and urinals using enzyme cleaner.– Empty sanitary napkin waste receptacles located in the restrooms.– Empty waste baskets in cubicles and offices.– Provide plastic bag liners for waste baskets.– Clean sinks, tables, chairs, and all chrome fixtures in kitchen areas.– Clean kitchen counter tops.– Fill toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet seat dispensers.– Wipe down microwaves.– Provide and use enzyme cleaner to treat all floor and sink drains, urinals, and toilets with bacterial enzyme per product manufacturer instructions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026(3) Mandatory site inspection will be held on August 13, 2026.
