(1) Vendor needs to provide discovery clean water alliance consultant support services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. – Provide support and supplement district staff to deliver the alliance program element during 2027–2032.– Providing program oversight and project management–level coordination and direction to the proposer efforts and will rely.– Provide technical expertise and project management resources to assist in delivery of the work.– Engineering, operations, and construction staff from the district are key stakeholders and active participants in this effort.– Provide technical material to allow district staff to actively engage alliance members through the standing committees and alliance board processes to ensure a high level of understanding and endorsement for the work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
