(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant advisory services to the government authority located in Wyandotte, KS.• Support agency and counsel with technical, cost, schedule, infrastructure and implementation review.• agency may have significant responsibilities related to roads, utilities, drainage, access, public realm, and related infrastructure required for the new development.o Coordinate scope, responsibility, budget, design, permitting, and schedule across agency departments and Project parties.o Identify gaps, overlaps, sequencing conflicts and responsibility disputes to ensure a timely construction schedule.o Coordinate utilities and Project parties; track responsibilities, permits and critical dates.• Identify unresolved issues related to the Project, risks and recommended resolutions or conditions.• Monitor agency obligations, procedures and deadlines.• Review project submissions to agency as required and ensure any necessary responses are completed within established schedules.• Monitor and track agency economic development commitments.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
