(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call graphic design services on an as–needed basis. • Work includes services to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing and communications materials for various projects and ad hoc requests from several agency departments across print and digital platforms, ranging from social media graphics and brochures to physical signage and corporate reports. • Create compelling visuals to strengthen the individual and collective identity of three annual tentpole events.• Develop and maintain the visual identity, creative direction, and supporting collateral for agency’s three annual tentpole events.• Create and adapt event–specific visual assets, including: digital advertisements, social media graphics, signage, promotional materials, email graphics and other marketing collateral.• Provide ongoing graphic design support for ad hoc marketing and communications requests from agency departments, including events, programming, leasing, workforce development, and other teams, as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
