INSU-6678 - USA (New Bern, North Carolina) - Benefits Brokerage and Consulting Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in New Bern, NC. – Provide insurance broker and consultation services for employee benefits to include health, dental, pharmacy, voluntary benefits and Section 125 services with plan effective dates of July 1, 2027.– Provide benefit brokerage and consulting services to assist County with strategically planning, designing, bidding and negotiating the best coverage and cost for a competitive employee benefits package to include self–funded health, dental and pharmacy benefits as well as other voluntary employee benefits.– Services sought include plan design, placement, and administration of insurance contracts, contract renewals, benefit plan transition management and the overall maintenance and administration of county’s employee benefits.– Legal requirements such COBRA, Affordable Care Act, Medicare, NCCHIP, IRS reporting and other plan compliance requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
