(1) Vendor needs to provide content management system. – CMS services including flight and ground operations information services for airport and airline operations, various flight information displays, baggage carousel displays, airport wayfinding, washroom displays, Electronic Video Display Information web site flight information, and pre–recorded agency public announcements.– Create new content to upgrade the visual effects and content design of most of the static and dynamic displays around the airport.– The CMS provider will be accountable for delivering a secure, functional, integrated, and maintainable CMS that meets the Airport’s business and technical requirements.– Provide all services and necessary equipment to accurately display information on the various displays around the airport facility.– Digital content may include, but is not limited to, airport generated content, website URL's, streamed or USB content, as well as baggage, gate, curbside, and ticket counter display content.– Systems that will require integration may include, but not limited to, website, airline flight information, baggage carousel, paging system, visual paging, and airline provided content.– Content may be on–premises, web–based and/or in the cloud, and updated from any of these locations.– Solution to provide full operation and support to staff, tenants, and the travelling public throughout specified areas of the airport. – To support the initial transition of the project, displays can be initially designed to look the same as they are currently.• Content creation and editing • Licensing and subscriptions • Metadata tagging and metadata development • Basic file organization • Monthly content reporting • Version control and audit trail • User access management • Workflow automation • Integration with third–party tools • Priority support• Training and Onboarding• Custom Development(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.(4) the contract period will be three years.
