(1) Vendor needs to provide cognos and power bi support services to assist with the migration of reporting capabilities from Cognos to Microsoft Power BI. – Consultants will review Cognos audit logs to identify highest priority reports and usage patterns to inform report migration prioritization– Consultant shall inventory and categorize all Cognos reports, identifying redundancy and complexity.– Consultant will conduct interviews with agency stakeholders to gather additional reporting needs• Cognos Usage Assessment;• Utilization Analysis Dashboard;• Migration Prioritization Matrix;• Comprehensive Cognos Report Inventory;• Report classification and complexity matrix to assess where current cognos usage should guide Power BI Development.• Survey Instrument Package;• Survey Analysis and Findings Report;• User Needs Prioritization Matrix;• Current–State and Future–State Gap Analysis Report• fully developed and deployed Power BI reports, dashboards, and associated visualizations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
