(1) Vendor needs to provide automobile insurance shopping access solution.– Solution shall provide a customer–facing “Click–to–Action” capability that enables customers to conveniently access automobile insurance shopping and comparison services from designated digital channels through a contractor–operated environment.– Seeks a secure, user–friendly, reliable, and technically compatible solution that minimizes the technical and operational burden while providing customers with convenient access to automobile insurance shopping resources.– Provide access to automobile insurance offerings from multiple insurance carriers or providers, allowing customers to compare available automobile insurance options.– Provide an initial solution that directs customers to a contractor–operated automobile insurance shopping environment, with a clear separation between the environment and the contractor’s environment.– Maintain responsibility for the operation, availability, maintenance, and support of the contractor–hosted components of the solution.– Provide a clear, intuitive, user–friendly automobile insurance shopping experience.– Capability to support future customer–consented transmission of held information or pre–population functionality, should elect to pursue such integration during the resulting contract.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
