This is not a Request for Proposals, and no solicitation is available. The proposed contract action is for products or services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one contractor/vendor under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes. The City of Hialeah, Florida intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement: Request Department : Police Product and/or Services: FARO Focus Premium USA 3D Laser Scanner, with associated accessories, including the Focus Battery Power Block, 3D Standard Carbon Fiber Tripod, VR Ready Notebook, OnSite Forensics Customer-Site Upgrade (5-Day Training Course), Focus Standard Tripod Bag, and a 2-Year Complete Care Warranty SCENE software license. Anticipated Cost: $63,323.92
