Recovery Residence Housing Services

The successful contractor will provide Project Title to individuals convicted under Health and Safety Code 11395 (possession of hard drugs with prior convictions) who are actively participating in outpatient substance use and/or mental health treatment through the Solano County Superior Court - Adult Drug Court. These services must support participants in maintaining stable recovery-focused housing while engaged in court-mandated treatment. The Recovery housing provider will operate and monitor each residence to ensure it remains a drug-and alcohol-free environment and is managed in full accordance with the Solano County Guidelines for Recovery Residences. In alignment with these requirements, the contractor shall provide up to 4,590 total bed-days and to serve a minimum of nine unique participants over the 17-month contract period referred by Solano County Superior Court – Adult Drug Court. Building this purpose, the goal of this RFP is to identify Recovery Residences that meet, at minimum, the requirements outlined in the Solano County Guidelines for Sober Living Environments and are committed to becoming certified under the National Association of Recovery Residence standards . This ensures that contracted providers offer high-quality, consistent services aligned with nationally recognized practices.
