(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid school–based claiming services.– Provide third party administration experience related to claims processing and reimbursement, education, outreach, and support of federal and medicaid programs.– Develop, implement and administer an annual compliance review program, compliance policies and procedures for the annual desk reviews, health aide prepayment reviews, and comprehensive compliance reviews to ensure that the participating are appropriately claiming for services provided under the medicaid school–based claiming program.– Claiming methodology for administrative services:– Comply with the procedures contained within the most current medicaid school based administrative claiming guide.– Administrative claiming submittal process:– Any adjustments to previous – claim must be submitted with the next claim following the overpayment determination.– Administrative claiming payment process:– Reimbursement for the services provided under this Contract is contingent upon the availability of federal funds.– Denied claims.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
