(1) Vendor needs to provide general construction services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Work will consists such as, concrete and masonry work, ceiling tile installation, drywall, painting, fixture hanging, flooring (all types), door and door hardware installation, demolition (all types), framing (metal studs), sheetrock, taping, finish millwork installation, operate boom lift (high heights), etc. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
