(1) Vendor needs to provide structural and seismic or disaster engineering services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– Structural engineering studies that include monitoring, confidence testing, structural calculations, seismic evaluations, fall protection design and review.– Reporting to provide options analysis, recommendations and rough order of magnitude estimates.– Ability to act as a prime consultant on a project involving preparation of construction documents stamped by a licensed engineer, plan review, permitting, construction administration and inspections related to structural elements of new and existing city facilities requiring expert witness. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
