(1) Vendor needs to provide school bus stop arm camera enforcement equipment and services to the government authority located in Manchester, CT.   – Provide live digital video school bus stop arm violation detection monitoring systems and enforcement program to enhance student safety.– This includes the installation, implementation, and operation of certain aspects of the Monitoring System, training and continuing performance of the hardware, software and supporting services needed for this system to function properly.– Securing and maintaining as statutorily required all electronic evidence and data collected by monitoring cameras; as well as such other professional services as respondents deem appropriate.      (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
