– Vendor needs to provide festival event coordination service. – Provide full–service coordination for the city’s freedom fest.– Including planning, vendor management, logistics, on–site operations, and post–event reporting.– Festival will feature food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, and other exhibitors, and will take place on Sunday, July 4th, 2027.– Develop a marketing and communications plan, submit to city for review.– Web content, social media, press releases, flyers, and signage.– Coordinate with local media, tourism bureaus, and community partners.– Recruit and curate, a diverse mix of food vendors, avoiding excessive overlap in cuisine type and balancing price points and dietary options.– Identify and recruit community organizations, nonprofits, local businesses, and civic groups.– Manage waitlists, cancellations, and substitutions.
