(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, implementation, hosting and ongoing support services using content management system.– Project includes website design and user experience, content management system implementation, information architecture and site mapping, content migration, accessibility, integrations, staff training, hosting, maintenance, and technical support.– Replacing its current unsupported, in–house drupal website and aging server infrastructure with a modern, vendor–hosted website and content management system.– New website should be accessible, easy to navigate, reliable, flexible, and practical for city staff to maintain while supporting effective service delivery, transparency, public communications, and access to city information.– Platform neutral and is seeking proposer recommendations for the CMS and platform that best meets the city’s needs, including how the proposed solution integrates or interoperates with existing city systems and third–party tools.– Develop a modern, accessible, mobile–responsive public website design consistent with city brand standards and public–sector usability best practices.– Provide a design system or web style guide that enables City staff to maintain consistent tone, layout, brand standards, and accessibility standards after launch.– Provide wireframes and/or prototype designs for the homepage, department and landing pages, interior content pages, project pages, calendar and event pages, news and announcements, and other key templates. Refine designs based on City feedback.– Provide automated or prompted page–review functionality, including review dates, content–owner notifications, stale–content reporting, and escalation options.– Migrate the agreed webpages, documents, calendar events, banners, images, media, project pages, metadata, redirects, and other approved content types.– Provide robust public–facing search functionality.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
