(1) Vendor needs to provide 457 (b) deferred compensation plan services to the government authority located in Olmito, TX.• providing recordkeeping and administration services for governmental 457(b) deferred compensation plans, preferably for Texas public entities or municipally owned utilities of comparable size. Respondent provides full daily valuation recordkeeping for governmental 457(b) plans and administers all plan features• Full–service daily valuation recordkeeping for all participant accounts including contributions, investment earnings, gains and losses, and distributions.• Processing of rollovers in from other qualified retirement plans (457(b), 401(k), 403(b), IRA).• Processing of lump–sum sick and vacation payouts at separation of employment.• Maintenance of participant beneficiary designations with online update capability.• Full 1099–R reporting and submission to the IRS on behalf of participants.• Plan–level quarterly and annual financial reporting.• Maintenance of complete audit trail for all account transactions• Provide ongoing monitoring of regulatory changes affecting governmental 457(b) plans and proactive notification to its fiduciary consultant.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
