(1) Vendor needs to provide criminal background checks services to the government authority located in Texas.– Provide criminal background checks for pre–employment screening of pre–selected final applicants at various agency locations on an as needed basis. – Provide, host, and maintain a secure, web–based system that enables designated agency HR representatives to submit requests for criminal background checks– Provide comprehensive criminal background checks for either a seven– or ten–year period– Be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
