Description
The Board of Trustees for Carlton School, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Fencing/Building Contractor to carry out the LSM Bathroom Modifications Works. The Contract Works required are: The proposal is to install new 1.8m high aluminium and timber fencing and gates to the school boundary and carpark areas to address identified health and safety concerns. Fencing will be designed without footholds or horizontal bars and extend to ground level. Gates will include safety latches, drop bolts, self-closing mechanisms and appropriate signage. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
