Vendor needs to provide research and consulting services to the government authority located in Alabama.– Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for strategies to improve reentry outcomes.– Provide recommendations and implementation guidance concerning sharing information relevant to reentry.– Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for strategies to improve continuity of care for individuals reentering the community.– Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for uniform standards of care for incarcerated, supervised, and released individuals with substance abuse disorder and/or co–occurring disorders.– Establish a process for data collection and collaboration of efforts in workforce development. This may include coordinating with partner agencies for data collection, collaboration and reporting.– Collect pre– and post–release data on initiation, engagement, retention, continuity of care.
