Water/Wastewater Pumps (Sales, Service and Repairs)

Mesa Public Schools is soliciting for water/wastewater pump sales, services and repairs for pumps and ancillary products for water and wastewater systems as specified within this BID. This BID is being solicited as a S.A.V.E. BID that will cover multiple agencies statewide. Please see S.A.V.E. List for members and estimated usage. The scope of work and minimum specifications define the quality and characteristics of the desired materials and application. They are based upon specifications for known acceptable manufacturers, processes and/or materials such as Air Pump Company, American-Marsh, Baldor, Barnes, Crown, Crane, Gorman Rupp, Goulds G&L, Grnudfos, KSB, Layne & Bowler, MTH, Paco Pumps, Sihi, Serfilco, Vogelsang, Weg, Weir, Wemco and/or equivalent quality products. The specifications are not intended to be exclusive or to restrict competition. Offerors may offer alternate solutions, including alternate manufacturers, which meet the quality and performance characteristics in the specifications. Mesa Public Schools shall review such offers and be the final judge on the acceptance of any alternate solutions. Contract Type: The term contract shall be a percent of discount off manufacturer’s price list or catalog, fixed price, or a combination of both with indefinite quantities. Offerors shall offer equipment, supplies, and/or services they believe come closest to meeting specifications. Partial Bids: Mesa Public Schools will consider partial bids for award of contract.
