(1) Vendor needs to provide brownfields assessment coalition grant implementation service to the government authority located in Bisbee, AZ. The selected consultant may be required to perform some or all of the following tasks:– Task 1: Project Management• Coordinate with the Grant Recipient and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).• Attend project meetings.• Develop project schedules and budgets.• Provide regular progress reports.– Task 2: Brownfield Inventory and Site Prioritization• Identify potential brownfield sites.• Maintain site inventory database.• Evaluate and prioritize sites using EPA criteria.• Assist with site selection.– Task 3: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments• Conduct Phase I ESAs consistent with:O EPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
