Vendor needs to provide local and long–distance telecommunications service to the government authority located in Alaska.– Provide local, long–distance, international, and toll–free communication services. – Provide all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, test equipment, and design layout to perform and provide long – distance and local services at the designated demarcation points– Solution should allow for the load–balancing of inbound and outbound calls, to account for capacity usage, and system–availability issues.
