(1) Vendor needs to provide local communities thrive needs assessment service to the government authority located in CA.• The project will equip local aging networks to expand sustainable services, leverage new funding opportunities, and better serve older adults, caregivers, and communities statewide over 36 months.• A Future for Aging aims to strengthen a coordinated statewide network of community–based services and partnerships built on dignity, diversity, and choice – for older persons, adults with disabilities, and their families.• The program will strengthen Agencies on Aging through leadership development, business capacity building, regional collaboration, and targeted technical assistance• Data Inventory. Provide agency with an organized, PSA–specific inventory of data collected, including program and funding information, to support future planning and decision–making. Protect confidential or sensitive information as appropriate. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
