HEALTH-10732 - USA (Elk Grove, California) - Mental Health Registry Network Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health registry network services to the government authority located in Elk Grove, CA. – Contractor shall develop, implement, manage, and maintain a statewide mental health registry network (MHRN) of temporary and relief mental health staffing services.– The System must be capable of integration with State and Vendor Management systems, and all components must comply with State IT security and data privacy requirements.– The system must be compatible with IT infrastructure and operate securely over WIFI networks as well as support data export (Excel, CSV, API if required).– Provide temporary and relief services when appropriate staffing levels cannot be maintained with civil service staff, during an emergency, and to provide services.– System supports all registry timekeeping and billing operations for all institutions.– System shall comply with IT security and data privacy requirements.– Provide and maintain a web–based electronic timekeeping system.– Data integrity, audit, and compliance control requirements.– Integration and IT requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
