(1) Vendor needs to provide digital billboards services to maintain an appropriate educational environment, maximize student engagement, and ensure seamless delivery.– The procurement is subject to the following strict technical and operational requirements:– Content Restrictions: The digital displays must be dedicated exclusively to academic and career–focused content. No commercial or non–educational content is permitted. – Dual–Use Capability: To guarantee consistent student engagement and prevent ad blindness, the digital display network must feature dual–use capability. The platform must allow the host high schools to upload and display their own internal daily announcements, schedules, and educational content seamlessly alongside the Air National Guard campaigns.– Physical Placement: Displays must be permanently situated in highly visibility, high–traffic areas, specifically limited to main school entryways or guidance counselor offices.– Visibility & Frequency: The advertising must remain continuously visible to students throughout all standard school operating hours– Content Creation: The final agreed–upon price must be fully inclusive of all graphic design and content creation services required to launch and maintain the campaign.– Reporting & Analytics: The vendor must provide post–campaign reporting and analytics
